Sankalpa

T'Internet is amazing.
I was just thinking about the idea of sankalpa. I feel I need a new sankalpa to work with, and was wondering where I might get inspiration from within the tradition.
I typed 'sankalpa' into Google, and it gave me this:

    Hi Phil,
    I enjoy doing a Yoga Nidra and picking a Sankalpa, Pat seems to know when somebody needs the yoga nidra, and I googled Sankalpa and found it interesting.
